Ridgedale Condominiums, Hartford, WI.

Ridgedale condominiums are located North of Highway 60 in Hartford, on Hilldale Drive. Directly behind the new
Aurora Medical Center.

Ridgedale condominiums are made up of two 36 unit buildings with a clubhouse connecting the two buildings.
They will both be three stories high with 12 units on each floor. There will be underground parking and storage
included with the units. The condos vary in size from approximately 1200 square feet to 1440 square feet. The
first two floors have 9 foot ceilings and the 3rd floor has cathedral ceilings!

All of the condos will be two bedroom, two bath with a fireplace and patio or deck. They will all have maple
cabinets, molded marble countertops in the bathrooms, Pella windows and six-panel doors as standard features.
You will be able to select your flooring, kitchen countertops and fireplace surround to customize your unit.

The clubhouse is going to be spectacular! It is two stories with a huge fireplace in the middle that can be seen
from all sides. There will be an exercise room, a kitchen, a large deck with gas grills, a library and community
room space in the clubhouse. We believe this will be a great feature in our building and a place that will be used
often for various social activities!

The condominiums are projected to be ready for occupancy in October of 2006. However, this is a target date
and could change. People are currently reserving their units! There are several condos that will overlook the
golf course, and some offering views of Holy Hill!
